1. Install ETA Dynaform 5.9.4 Win64. Do not install ETALicenseManager!
2. Repace original <Dynaform 5.9.4 program folder> (at setup by default
C:Program FilesETADynaform 5.9.4 ) with cracked one
3. Run "LoaderEnabler.reg" and confirm to add info into Windows Registry
4. Reboot computer
5. In "Optimization" module when asked for License Server or License File select
License File and browse to <Dynaform 5.9.4 program folder>eta.lic
6. Enjoy
